Rosie's Happy Tail

Remember Rosie, the adorable cocker and beagle mix who came into OBG with her sister, Butter, earlier this year? We heard from her new family and she is doing great!  Yay, Rosie! Here is their update:

My family and I adopted Rosie (a cocker and beagle mix) in the early months of 2012. she was turned over by her owner with her family. When we first got her she was shy around men and to a lesser extent women. Now she's not as shy around women and warms up to them easily, but it takes a while to get her to warm up to men. She drives our other dog crazy when she runs "laps." Rosie is my best friend. She makes a great addition to the family. We love her very much!

  1. I'm so happy for you all.

  2. Glad to see that the entire family is in good hands.

We adopted Sheen (now Beau) who is Rosie's Dad. He fit in immediately and loves being part of a pack. My husband walks him and the rest of the dogs, every day, and Beau enjoys his daily 'parade'. I call it 'a parade' because Beau does the entire walk with his tail HIGH in the air, like a flag :).

Many thanks to OBG for all the wonderful work that they do and all the lives that they save, each and every year!
